THE CHALLENGE
Health Products Holdings / Nutrinext – a company of several top vitamins and supplements brands, lacked a consistent approach to the shopper experience and surrounding programs.
THE SOLUTION
Co-founder, Charlene Moore created a Center of Excellence for Shopper Experience, a service center for Nutrient brands including Sedona Labs, Champion, Rainbow Light, Blessed Herbs, Iceland Health, Natural Vitality and others.
THE RESULTS
The Shopper Experience CoE pilot led to the highest levels of engagement among and consumers ever at Nutrinext. They also had a framework and mechanism to achieve shopper experience success stories across all its brands.
This was one of the large departmental processes and services we provided that helped positioned them for multi-channel success and the strategic Clorox acquisition.
